Being in a group with fellow exoconscious experiencers has been a wonderful experience! I have never had the opportunity to verbalize my experiences, and Dr. Hardcastle-Wright’s insightful questions and group guidance leads to safe, deep sharing. I had disclosed my contact experiences with almost no one. This group revealed to me that others had the same experiences and also many of the same reactions I had to contact. What a relief, after carrying this stuff around for decades! Being part of the group not only confirmed my own experiences but also expanded my awareness of other types of contacts and experiences.
