Exoconscious Human Bill of Rights

PREAMBLE

We, Exoconscious Humans, confirm the Extraterrestrial Presence on Earth. This confirmation results from accumulated information from seven decades of Ufology research on craft sightings, landings, and contactees' experiences. Researchers gleaned information from historical, eyewitness, scientific sources, and independent studies. Extraterrestrial research is ongoing but now re-contextualized with confirmation of Extraterrestrial Presence. 

We confirm the Field of Cosmic Consciousness in which humans and extraterrestrial, spiritual, multidimensional beings share information and energy. We define humans who experience this shared cosmic consciousness as Exoconscious. These Exoconscious Humans are aware, working, and living through their human consciousness's extraterrestrial origins, dimensions, and abilities. Exoconsciousness is an innate ability to contact, communicate, and co-create with extraterrestrials, spiritual, and multidimensional beings. 

We declare that Exoconscious Humans have the following rights and freedoms by virtue of confirmation of the Extraterrestrial Presence and the shared human-extraterrestrial field of Cosmic Consciousness, which is Exoconsciousness. All references to extraterrestrials are inclusive of spiritual and multidimensional beings. 

EXOCONSCIOUS HUMAN BILL OF RIGHTS

Exoconscious Humans have a right to express and manifest their relationship with extraterrestrials without fear of rebuke, judgment, harm, or retribution from other humans, governments, and organizations.

Exoconscious Humans have a right to live through natural human multidimensional consciousness, free of the confines and control of limited brain-centered mind theories, social engineering, and mind-control technologies. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to stand independently in the wisdom of their personal extraterrestrial experience—free of isolation, denial, and diagnosis by experts and institutions void of exoconscious experience. 

Exoconscious Humans have the right to share their ET contact and communication experiences openly and honestly as a primary source of Ufology information. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to create a new language that expresses extraterrestrial contact. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to create new timelines, free of ancient prophecies, stories, sources, and control systems. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to be trustworthy, healthy, and creative—free of violence, trauma, and fear that once defined extraterrestrial contact. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to access all Earth and Cosmic knowledge to explore their extraterrestrial origins and connections. 

Exoconscious Humans have the right to nourish, perpetuate, and develop a culture of human consciousness based on connecting, communicating, and peer-to-peer co-creation with extraterrestrials.

Exoconscious Humans have the right to freedom from manipulation, control, and hybridization via algorithmic, game-theory-based, digital AI, invasive data-gathering,  genetic, social, and geoengineering. Furthermore, we have the right to refuse participation in an artificial reality.

Exoconscious Humans have a right to information regarding their taxation and financial reporting standards. We have a right to request and be promptly provided information on all government programs funded by our taxes as well as oversight through government accounting practices and reporting standards. We have a right to free research to obtain this information. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to receive support, respect, and compassion from other ET experiencers.

Exoconscious Humans have a right to join the emerging community of citizens who live the paranormal as normal; these groups include exoconscious, near-death experiencers, psychics, mediums, and spiritual healers and adepts.

Exoconscious Humans have a right to use and advance their psychic abilities in a spirit of love, kindness, and peace. 

Exoconscious Humans have a right to live holistic, healthy, and integrated lives of public happiness, sharing the field of cosmic consciousness with extraterrestrial, spiritual, and multidimensional beings.
